Our goal is to become part of your team, and we want every part of your experience with Hovermale Law, from the first phone call to the decision, to help build that sense of teamwork. Here’s what you can expect:

• Call us. When you call Hovermale Law, the first thing you can expect is a conversation with Ken. He will also ask some questions to get an idea of your situation, what happened to bring you to us, and how we can help.
• Come see us. The next step is a face-to-face meeting. We will gather all your medical records, a process that usually takes two months. Those records will help Ken determine whether it appears you have a provable case. 
• Ask the (medical) experts. If it makes sense to pursue your case, we will send the records to one or more independent expert doctors for analysis and review.  If the experts think the doctors or hospitals were negligent, and the negligence caused your harm, we will formally file the claim and begin the litigation process. 

Make no mistake, these cases take a long time, a lot of work, and a tremendous amount of resources.  It is not unusual for a case to take three or more years to resolve.  Along the way, our goal is to stay in touch: you will be informed of all important developments in your case, and we are always available to answer any questions you have.
